Lauren Andersen Wood is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician here at Flatirons Dermatology. Lauren completed her Aesthetics program at Brio Academy in Fairfield, CT in 2010. Her career began with the Connecticut Plastic Surgery Group in Southport, CT where she was able to increase her knowledge and skills in Medical Aesthetics and advanced her education at the International Dermal Institute in Manhattan. Her love for the medical side of aesthetics and the outdoors brought her to Colorado where she completed the medical aesthetics program at the Colorado Advanced Esthetics School in Denver in 2018.

Since being in Colorado Lauren has worked as a regional trainer for Massage Envy and a Medical Aesthetician at a couple Medical Spas until coming to work for Flatiron Dermatology. She is certified in Rohrer Pixel 8 Microneedling, 810 Diode Hair Removal, IPL – Vascular, IPL – Pigment, 1064nm Tattoo Removal, Erbium YAG Light Resurfacing, Body Tone, Procell Micro channeling device, Allergan Cool Sculpting, Alma Opus Plasma, Alma IPL, Carbon facials, Injections, IS Clinical Chemical peels and products, PCA Chemical Peels and Products, Medical Envy Microderminfusion device, Jane Marini facials and peels, and Murad facials and products.

Lauren is a kind, sympathetic, and caring soul that exudes in her aesthetic career as well as personal life. She is a sensitive and understanding Aesthetician that will work with you to develop the best treatment plan to help you achieve your skin care goals by addressing your concerns with a combination of in-office treatments and at home care.

Jen is the Lead Medical Assistant and a Licensed Medical Aesthetician here at Flatirons Dermatology.

Jen has been in Dermatology for almost 20 years after graduating from Cambridge College with an Associate degree as a Medical Assistant in 1999. Jen has been involved in every area of dermatology, including general dermatology, Mohs surgery, Mohs histology and cosmetic surgery.

Jen is now applying her extensive medical dermatology experience to her aesthetic services. Graduating from Lash and Company Education in 2023, as a licensed Medical Aesthetician, Jen is now offering services for facials, Dermaplaning, Micro channeling, Chemical peels, and Laser treatments.

Jen has always had a passion for skin and loves educating others and helping them feel beautiful in their skin.
