We are happy to offer Telehealth appointments for the following:
- Acne follow up appointments
- Prescription Refill requests (as long as the patient has been seen within the year)

You will receive a Consent Message from info@flatironsdermatology.net or you can download our Telehealth Consent Form.
Please sign and return the form to us via email as soon as possible. Your Telehealth visit isn’t confirmed until we have received this consent.
At your scheduled appointment time, please go to: https://doxy.me/flatironsdermatology.
You will be prompted to enter your name and you will wait in the virtual waiting room until your Medical Assistant is ready for you, just like if you were in our office.
Your provider will be in the room as soon as possible.
